Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Law, or a related field.
2. Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and tasks.
5. Strong time management skills.
6. High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
7. Proficient in computer use and MS Office applications.
8. Good command of English, both spoken and written.
9. Familiar with office organization and optimization techniques.
10. Strong multitasking ability and time management.
11. Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
Job Description:
1. Manage the daily schedule and activities of the director, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Communicate with both national and international clients.
3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
4. Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required by the superior.
5. Coordinate and monitor projects and tasks assigned to the team.
6. Organize and maintain filing systems and important documents.
7. Arrange meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
8. Handle the superior’s personal needs, including travel planning and event arrangements.
9. Act as a liaison between the superior and external parties, including clients and business partners.
