Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred), Management, or Accounting.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Secretary.
3. Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory requirements, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong integrity.
6. Able to work independently and collaboratively with senior management.
7. Strong administrative and documentation skills.
8. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and corporate administration systems.
Job Description:
1. Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
2. Manage and maintain corporate legal documents, including deeds of establishment, articles of association, licenses, and other corporate records.
3. Prepare, coordinate, and document General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS), Extraordinary GMS, as well as meetings of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.
4. Act as the official liaison between the company and shareholders, Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
5. Ensure the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles within the company.
6. Prepare and manage corporate reports, including annual reports, disclosures, and compliance reports.
7. Provide advice and recommendations to management regarding legal compliance and corporate governance matters.
8. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of resolutions from the GMS, Board of Directors, and Board of Commissioners.
9. Maintain confidentiality of corporate data and strategic information.
10. Support corporate actions, organizational restructuring, and strategic partnerships.
