Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources and General Affairs, with at least 3 years at a managerial level.

3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including manpower regulations, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, PKWT/PKWTT, termination procedures, and industrial relations.

4. Proven experience in end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, employee administration, industrial relations, training, and development.

5. Solid experience in managing General Affairs operations, such as asset management, facilities, office operations, licensing, procurement, and vendor management.

6. Demonstrated leadership, planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels.

8. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

9. Able to work under pressure and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

10. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with HRIS is an advantage.

 

Job Description:

1. Plan, manage, and oversee all Human Resources and General Affairs activities in alignment with company objectives and policies.

2. Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems, including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

3. Lead the recruitment and selection process to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

4. Manage employee administration, including employment contracts, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR data accuracy.

5. Handle industrial relations, disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

6. Design, implement, and evaluate performance management and KPI systems.

7. Plan and execute training and development programs to improve employee capability and organizational effectiveness.

8. Oversee General Affairs functions, including office and facility management, asset and inventory control, vehicle management, and licensing or permits.

9. Manage procurement of goods and services, including vendor selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.

10. Prepare, manage, and control the HR & GA budget, ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness.

11. Act as a strategic partner to management, providing HR insights, workforce planning, and organizational development recommendations.

12. Lead, supervise, and develop the HR & GA team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

13. Prepare periodic reports related to HR metrics, GA operations, and management requirements.
