Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.

2. Passionate about the military, defense sectors, and primary weaponry system (defense equipment) technology.

3. Strong understanding of basic electrical systems, electronics, communications, and instrumentation.

4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical specifications (e.g., datasheets, drawings, and technical requirements).

5. Detail-oriented, high integrity, and the ability to maintain strict data confidentiality.

6. Competent in operating Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

7. Willingness to adhere to all corporate security procedures and compliance regulations.

Job Description:

 

1. Defense Procurement Administration:

    1. Preparing and managing Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) documentation for defense project requirements.

    2. Managing procurement document archives that are confidential in nature.

    3. Ensuring the procurement process complies with internal SOPs and defense regulations.

 

2. Defense Vendor Coordination:

    1. Coordinating with military equipment and defense system vendors/suppliers.

    2. Following up on quotations, production schedules, and material deliveries.

    3. Supporting the technical clarification process between internal users and vendors.

 

3. Technical Specification Verification

    1. Ensuring product compliance with military technical specifications (electrical, electronic, and communication systems).

    2. Assisting in the review of technical documents such as datasheets, certificates of conformity (CoC), and test reports.

    3. Supporting the procurement of components, including:

  • – Military vehicle electrical systems

    – Communication & surveillance equipment

    – Power systems, batteries, and control panels

 

4. Monitoring & Reporting:

    1. Monitoring procurement status from the Purchase Request (PR) stage through to goods receipt.

    2. Compiling defense project procurement reports (covering progress, costs, and lead times).

    3. Supporting internal and external audits related to defense projects.

 

5. Compliance & Security:

    1. Ensuring all procurement processes adhere to military security regulations and compliance standards.

    2. Maintaining the confidentiality of project information, technical specifications, and vendor data.

    3. Supporting the implementation of traceability and accountability principles within the procurement process.

 

6. Electrical Engineering Technical Support:

    1. Assisting in preliminary technical analysis for military system electrical and electronic requirements.

    2. Providing technical alternatives and recommendations in the event of supply constraints.

    3. Supporting technical integration between newly procured systems and existing systems (Preferred).

    4. Interest in military technology: radar, tactical communications, UAVs, weapon system support, and command & control systems.

    5. Basic knowledge or experience with military standards (MIL-STD, NATO, or defense-related SNI).
